Currently offering homebirth, childbirth education, montrice and doula services to support you in your journey toward a natural, peaceful home birth. I will come alongside you as you labor and deliver your baby, and assist with the transition stages in the days and weeks following birth. Homebirth and hospital births facilitated as your doula, as well as plans for vaginal, cesarean deliveries. Specializing in VBAC support.

Childbirth education classes available in small group settings, or privately, to prepare you for what to really expect, and to help you feel confident in your abilities to bring your baby into the world, and even parent your new little blessing.

Fertility Awareness Method classes are available to assist you in your childbearing journey, whether you are trying to conceive, or hoping to delay. This is a full spectrum method, from adolescence thru menopause, and will help you to understand your health in a very comprehensive way.

Herbal, nutrition, and wellness classes can be taught to your group, and will help support the whole family in staying healthy all year round.

Permaculture design services can help you gain health on your very own property by maximizing your gardening and managing many aspects that will affect the way your land supports you and your family.
